King's Kouture strives to create the highest quality handmade garments using the finest fabrics and materials.   

King's Kouture is not responsible for damages caused by normal wear and tear or overuse. 

Since each of our garments are 100% handmade for you we do not offer any refunds on merchandise. Your suit, is made just for you based on your size selection, measurements , choice of fabrics and customizations. If your order does not meet expectations, let us know and we will make it right. We’re here to help. Contact our Customer Service team and we will guide you through the process.

Return Policy

  • Please note that we do not offer refunds as fabric is cut based on your selected size or measurements and your customizations. If there is any issue with the quality or fabrication of your garments, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • If there is an issue with the quality or fabrication of your garments, please let us know within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Returns are at the sole discretion of King's Kouture, and will be reimbursed in the form of King's Kouture Store Credit.

  • King's Kouture will only accept returned items that are in good and unworn condition with the tags still on and the vents fully stitched. 

  • King's Kouture has the right to deny items that is believed to be previously worn or damaged.

  • King's Kouture will not accept items that have been re altered or adjusted in any way by any other source other than King's Kouture.

  • Any items returned to King's Kouture that do not meet the aforementioned requirements will be sent back to the client.
